​FEES & AMENITIES:

• Vendor Booths: $775 for vendor booth with ONE representative included.

​

• SOLD OUT Premium Vendor Booth: $875 for premium vendor booth with ONE representative included; Prime location across from vendor hall entrance; Highest foot traffic.

​

• Meals included for ONE representative per booth. An additional representative (beyond the one included) is $250. Booths are to accommodate a MAXIMUM of 2 representatives.

​​

• 8 x 10 booths with pipe and drape, 7' table, 2 chairs, and waste basket.

​

• Power and internet access included.

​

• Vendors can attend any and all conference sessions.

​

• Name badges will be provided to you at the registration table. Please wear your badge at all times during the conference.

​

• All vendors may request a specific booth number when registering. (See below for vendor hall layout and availability.) 

  • Please be advised that booth number requests cannot be guaranteed. NSC-NEC reserves the right to make any changes to the vendor hall including booth numbers and placement.​

​

SHIPPING: Vendors are not permitted to ship items to the venue ahead of time. All materials must be brought in at the allowed set-up time only.

​

SALES: Vendors are NOT permitted to make any physical product sales and/or monetary collections/exchanges.

​

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation requests must be emailed to conferences@nscnec.org prior to September 12, 2025 to receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued after this date due to marketing and administrative costs incurred.
