We recognize the value and essential services exhibitors provide to health and safety professionals by equipping them with the information, technologies and learning experiences they need to keep workers safe.
The large vendor hall and conference schedule provide multiple opportunities for you to connect with conference attendees.

6' x 8' Booth - (Green booths on map below)

$700 WITH electricity; $625 WITHOUT electricity​ - ONE representative included

Electricity Option: Outlet to 500 watts, 120 volts

- Meals for ONE representative included with each booth. An additional booth attendee (beyond the 1 included) is $250. Booths are to accommodate a MAXIMUM of 2 attendees.

Pipe and drape, 6' table, 2 chairs, and waste basket included.​

Please note that vendor displays and equipment MUST stay within the confines of your allotted booth space. Pipe and drape are NOT permitted to be moved in any way.​

Wifi access included.

Vendors can attend any and all conference sessions.​

All vendors may request a specific booth number within the category of booth that they are purchasing. (See below for vendor hall layout.)

Please be advised that booth number requests cannot be guaranteed. NSC-NEC reserves the right to make any changes to the vendor hall including booth numbers and placement.​​

SHIPPING: Vendors are not permitted to ship items to the venue ahead of time. All materials must be brought in at the allowed set-up time only. (Set-up and take-down times TBA.)

SALES: Vendors are NOT permitted to make any physical product sales and/or monetary collections/exchanges.
​

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation requests must be emailed to conferences@nscnec.org prior to February 28, 2025 to receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued after this date due to marketing and administrative costs incurred.​
