• VENDOR BOOTHS:

  • $850 WITH electricity or $775 WITHOUT electricity​

    • Electricity: Outlet to 500 watts, 120 volts

    • If you decide you want power after the conference has begun, you will need to go through the hotel to make the necessary arrangements.

  • Meals included for 2 representatives per day. Booths are to accommodate a MAXIMUM of 2 attendees.

  • 8 x 6 booths with pipe and drape, 6' table, 2 chairs, and waste basket included.

• Internet access included.

• Vendors can attend any and all conference sessions.

• All vendors may request a specific booth number when registering. (See below for vendor hall layout and booth availability.)

  • Please be advised that booth number requests are first come, first served and cannot be guaranteed. NSC-NEC reserves the right to make any changes to the vendor hall including booth numbers and placement.​

• All vendor materials and displays must stay within the confines of the allotted booth space and cannot extend into any walkways or other booths. The pipe and drape are not permitted to be moved in any way.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation requests must be emailed to conferences@nscnne.org prior to March 3, 2025 to receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued after this date due to marketing and administrative costs incurred.
