The large vendor hall and conference schedule provide multiple opportunities for you to connect with conference attendees.​​

FEES & AMENITIES:

Premium Vendor Booth: (Booths 36 & 37) - $1,000 for 8 x 10 pipe & drape vendor booth with electricity, 6' table, two chairs and wastebasket; Prime location with highest foot traffic; ONE representative included.
​

Vendor Booth WITH Electricity: - $900 for 8 x 10 pipe & drape booth with 6' table, two chairs and wastebasket; ONE representative included.
​

Vendor Booth WITHOUT Electricity: - $825 for 8 x 10 pipe & drape booth with 6' table, two chairs and wastebasket; ONE representative included.
​

Vendor Table WITH Electricity: - $775 for 6' table, two chairs and wastebasket; ONE representative included.
​​

Vendor Table WITHOUT Electricity: - $700 for 6' table, two chairs and wastebasket; ONE representative included.
​

Meals included for ONE representative per booth/table. An additional representative (beyond the one included) is $250. Booths/tables are to accommodate a MAXIMUM of 2 representatives.

Internet access included.

Vendors can attend any and all conference sessions and networking events.​​

All vendors may request a specific booth or table when registering. (See below for vendor hall layout and availability.)

Please be advised that NSC-NEC reserves the right to make any changes to the vendor hall including booth/table numbers and placement.​

SHIPPING: Due to limited storage space, the DoubleTree cannot store any vendor materials prior to the conference. For this reason, items cannot be shipped to the venue ahead of time and must be brought in at the allowed set-up time only.
​
SALES: Due to licensing requirements, physical product sales and/or monetary collections/exchanges are NOT permitted on the premises.
​
CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation requests must be emailed to conferences@nscnec.org prior to April 17, 2026 to receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued after this date due to marketing and administrative costs incurred.
​​
Vendor Set-Up Time: Tuesday, May 19 from 7am-9am
​
Vendor Hall Hours of Operation: Tuesday, May 19 from 9:00am-3:00pm and Wednesday, May 20 from 7am-1pm
​
Vendor Take-Down Time: Any time after 1pm on Wednesday, May 20
​
