FEES & AMENITIES: 

• ​Vendor Booths: $750 WITH electricity or $675 WITHOUT electricity

                                *If you decide you want power after the conference has begun, you will need to go through                                   the hotel to make the necessary arrangements.

• Meals included for 2 representatives per day. Additional booth attendees (beyond the 2 included) are $200 per person. Booths are to accommodate a MAXIMUM of 4 attendees.

​

• Vendors may purchase a half page ad for $300 to be featured in the conference brochure. Email conferences@nscnne.org to take advantage of this offer.

​

• 8 x 10 booths with pipe and drape, 6' table, 2 chairs, and waste basket.

​

• Internet access included.

​

• Vendors can attend any and all conference sessions.

​

• All vendors may request a specific booth number when registering. (See below for vendor hall layout.)

  • ​​​​​Please be advised that booth number requests cannot be guaranteed. NSCNEC reserves the right to make any changes to the vendor hall including booth numbers and placement.

SHIPPING: Due to limited storage space, the DoubleTree cannot store any vendor materials prior to the conference. For this reason, items cannot be shipped to the venue ahead of time and must be brought in at the allowed set-up time only.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation requests must be emailed to conferences@nscnne.org prior to April 22, 2024 to receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued after this date due to marketing and administrative costs incurred.

HOTEL INFORMATION: NSCNEC has reserved blocks of rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown at a reduced rate from $154 per night. This rate expires April 29, 2024.
