Cancellation & Refund Policies
Pre-registration and payment for Driver Improvement classes is encouraged as classes do fill up. The NSC-NEC reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule classes due to insufficient enrollments. In the event of inclement weather, the NSC-NEC will notify all pre-registered students via e-mail of the class cancellation. Cancellations will also be posted on this Driver Improvement page of our website. If a class is cancelled, each pre-registered student will need to notify NSC-NEC as to which alternative upcoming class you would like to attend and your registration and payment will be transferred to that class.
Advance registration for MSHA classes is required. There will be no refunds for participant cancellations and no-shows, however, other participants can be substituted or dates changed given at least 24 hours notice. The Council does reserve the right to cancel any class for reasons of inclement weather or class sizes of less than 10, in which case a full refund will be given or credit for a future class if preferred. All Cancellations and Rescheduling must be made in writing by fax or e-mail (phone calls are not sufficient notification.)
If you need to cancel your conference registration, you must do so at least 2 weeks prior to the conference and you will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued after that time due to marketing and administrative costs incurred. If you need to cancel, we must have it in writing, emailed to info@nscnne.org
